All\u00ed la PF dio detalles de la tarea que viene desandando.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Candela en el comienzo de la charla con \u00abLocos X La Liga\u00bb por FM Litoral, cont\u00f3 c\u00f3mo viene siendo su labor y sobre esta dijo: \u00abMe vengo sintiendo muy c\u00f3moda, los chicos se comportan muy bien tambi\u00e9n\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siguiendo en la misma l\u00ednea, mencion\u00f3: \u00abMe toca entrenar al plantel de Primera y al de Sub 23, ambos entrenan en un mismo horario y son alrededor de 40 jugadores en total, lo importante que ellos le ponen ganas tambi\u00e9n\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-trabajo-intenso-de-la-preparadora-fisica\">El trabajo intenso de la Preparadora F\u00edsica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Romero hizo \u00e9nfasis en su forma de entrenar y sobre sus m\u00e9todos, remarc\u00f3: \u00abLa primera parte fue muy duro para ellos, porque no estaban acostumbrados a tener esa preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, si no que ten\u00edan m\u00e1s entrenamientos desde lo futbol\u00edstico\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la PF habl\u00f3 sobre a donde est\u00e1n apuntando, con el Torneo Regional Federal Amateur en el horizonte, confes\u00f3: \u00abAprovechamos dos semanas de p\u00e1rate que los chicos tuvieron en Liga, para hacer una mini pretemporada y comenzar a prepararlos para la doble competencia\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-metodologia-de-trabajo\">Metodolog\u00eda de trabajo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Candela finalizando la charla con \u00abLocos X La Liga\u00bb cont\u00f3 c\u00f3mo lleva adelante la metodolog\u00eda de entrenamientos y en relaci\u00f3n a esto dijo: \u00abHay d\u00edas d\u00f3nde son muchos m\u00e1s intensos los trabajos f\u00edsicos y otros, como los d\u00edas lunes, que los chicos vienen de jugar el fin de semana, ah\u00ed hacemos trabajos con pelotas, regenerativo y mucha elongaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cerrando el di\u00e1logo, la PF del Salesiano cont\u00f3: \u00abLlegando m\u00e1s al fin de semana, es m\u00e1s velocidad, tratamos tambi\u00e9n de hacerlo bastante variados a los entrenamientos para que ellos no se cansen y puedan llegar en \u00f3ptimas condiciones al fin de semana\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Candela Romero, preparadora f\u00edsica de Don Bosco, di\u00e1logo con \u00abLocos X La Liga\u00bb el programa oficial de la Liga Paranaense de F\u00fatbol.
